Born from years of frontline experience in Emergency Medicine, Nightingale & Sentinel was created to permanently eradicate the 'Clinical Black Box'. We saw firsthand the massive emotional and financial cost of defensive, post-fall guesswork.
That frustration fueled a single, uncompromising conviction: objective evidence must be a fundamental standard in healthcare, not a luxury. Today, we are transforming passive environments into proactive safety nets—giving clinicians absolute clarity and ensuring the most critical moments of human injury are never left to chance.

FOUNDING PRINCIPLE
Nightingale & Sentinel was founded by frontline emergency clinicians who were tired of watching critical events go undocumented.
Too many medical decisions are driven by post-fall guesswork, leaving vulnerable patients without the vital evidence they need. By transforming passive environments into proactive safety nets, we are eliminating the 'Clinical Black Box' and ensuring no patient is ever left without a witness.

CHAPTER TWO
The Origin
The blueprint for Nightingale & Sentinel was engineered in 2024. While building detection models for a pioneering Generative AI course at Medical AI, the breakthrough became obvious: we could train machines to capture the critical diagnostic evidence that human eyes were consistently missing.
The foundational mantra of clinical training is "SEE ONE, DO ONE, TEACH ONE." To permanently eradicate Diagnostic Blindness, we added a necessary final step: "BUILD ONE."
We united frontline clinicians with elite AI researchers to turn this concept into reality. The result is our proprietary Medical Brain—a multi-agent AI system capable of detecting adverse events the instant they occur and translating them into objective, medical-grade clinical reports.
